Where We Ship

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM London time on a business day will be processed the same or the following business day.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

Transit time: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery time from order date: 9–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delays & Lost Parcels

External factors such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions may cause delays. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
