Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within the same 30-day window. Please contact us before sending any item back.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@thorntonsvipbeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a free return label to download and print.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us by post.
Return Label
Return labels are provided free of charge. You simply download and print the label we send you.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: opened cosmetics, underwear, and swimwear.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
