When You Are Charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Your order will only be confirmed and processed once payment has been successfully received.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes. The charge on your bank statement may appear as Thornton's VIP Beauty.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please try the following:

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you believe there has been an error with a charge, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank. We will do our best to resolve any issue promptly.
