Immediate Charge:
Payment will be processed at the time of order placement. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully confirmed.

Bank Statement:
The debit may appear on your bank statement as Thornton's VIP Beauty.

Currency Processing:
All transactions are processed in GBP (£). If your bank uses a different currency, exchange rates or additional fees may apply. Thornton's VIP Beauty has no control over these fees and accepts no responsibility for them.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

5. Refunds and Disputes

6. Fraud Protection

Thornton's VIP Beauty reserves the right to cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious or potentially fraudulent. In such cases, we may request additional verification information (e.g. proof of identity or address) to ensure that the cardholder has authorised the transaction.
